Google Authenticator HELP!

Hi. I got a new phone. I changed my password on WordPress and now it wants me to enter in the codes. I have 10 backup codes and none of them work! When I enter my new password in and it accepts it, then it asks for the code or to send one via SMS. Well, I ask it to send it via SMS and I get nothing. I did switch from an iphone to a samsung so maybe that’s why. My phone number has not changed. I REALLY need access soon because I’m trying to run a business using my site. I have deadlines to meet.
I filled out the form to reset the account. I did not receive a confirmation email stating that it was sent, which in the past whenever I’ve sent an email for help with CSS I’ve gotten a confirmation.
I am a paid member with my real log-in/account. My blog is http://www.raisingorthodoxchristians.com If anyone can let me know how long it takes to get a response from WordPress, please let me know or if there’s anything I can do to gain access sooner rather than later.

Use account recovery please. Complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Thanks! I did use it. It’s been a couple of days. Just wanting to know how long it takes…..have to do work for my business that can’t wait too long.

There is a backlog and all support issues are dealt with in order of datestamps and time stamps – earliest date and timestamped are served first, as would be expected. Also note that contacting staff more than once simply means the date and timestamp moves froward and it takes longer to get help. So you will have to be patient while waiting.
