Google Authenticator new phone and site not linked to wordpress.com account
-
I have Google authenticator set up on one of the sites I manage. I got a new phone and the new site isn’t linked to my Google Auth app on new phone. The site was also not linked to my WordPress.com account. What are my options? TIA.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Is this for waseya.com? That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but is a self-hosted site with Namebright.com. We don’t control your login for that site.
You’ll probably need to disable the authenticator plugin on that site via FTP access, and that’s something only your host can help you with, though you should be able to find help with the steps you need to follow in the self-hosted forums:

Hi!
It’s actually for http://www.privehairgallery.com – not sure why waseya.com came up automatically.
Would it be same sort of idea? Disable plugin via FTP?
Thanks!
