Google Authorship & Author Rank With wordpress.com site

  After coming back to my wordpress.com account from Blogger this morning I’d like to setup Google Authorship & Author Rank, but I can’t workout how to do it and wondered if it’s possible with a wordpress.com site and how to do it?
