Google, Bing and other search engines

  How can i put my WordPress.com site, begincoding.org, on the free plan, with a redirecting URL onto google and other search engines? It does currently not show up in any of the google pages.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com automatically sends notifications to search engines with every post and page update. The search engines can take 4-6 weeks or more to add any new sites. Connecting a Google account with verified site ownership through Google’s webmaster tools may help register your site for inclusion. Please contact Google for more information.
