Google cached search results not visible
-
Hi!
When someone finds my blog through google.com and tries to open the cached version it results in opening the blog blank – only with the title and main picture on the screen.Since there are some quite long posts it seems to be important that people can get to the exact part they wanted.
I tried this on other wordpress blogs and it’s working there…What could be the problem?
Thanks! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We basically always need a link to your blog in order to answer questions. Please either link your name to your blog under Website on the Profile page or put the link here, starting with http.

Well, why are you looking at the cached version of the search instead of the normal version? Google can work in strange ways. If you’ve just recently installed this blog and imported the posts, it’s quite possible that the cache is the snapshot Google took before you had added any posts.

the problem is that when someone is searching for some keywords that appears in the middle of a long post, there is no chance to find it quickly, except using the browsers in-built search tool.
those posts are a couple of months old, so they have to be cached…
and as I wrote this problem doesn’t appear on other wordpress.com blogs.
could the problem be specific to the theme I’m using?

the search box just shows the post not the exact part of the text…
but of course wise people can use the browsers search tool.
