Google calendar issues & Icon to translated page

  • Unknown's avatar

Hello, I have two problems with my blog concerning the Google Calendar I embedded on one of my website’s page.
_ When the full month appears, the words are cut by the lines. Is it possible to change the size of the calendar?
_ I verified the time zone of the HTML and it corresponds to the one it should. But when it appears on the page, the time zone changes!

I also would like to know if it is possible to add an icon to a translated url of my website.

    Thanks for the help!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @republicatecoimbra:

When the full month appears, the words are cut by the lines. Is it possible to change the size of the calendar?

You can change the values for width and height in the shortcode for the calendar here:

    https://republicatecoimbra.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=21&action=edit&message=1

It’s worth noting, however, that the maximum width of the calendar is constrained by width of your site’s main content area.

I verified the time zone of the HTML and it corresponds to the one it should. But when it appears on the page, the time zone changes!

Could you let me know what timezone you’re trying to change the calendar to? Also, please double check that the timezone has been updated through Google, not just in the HTML. Google has support documentation for updating the timezone of a calendar:

    https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37064?hl=en

I also would like to know if it is possible to add an icon to a translated url of my website.

Absolutely. We have a step-by-step guide for creating an image link available here:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/links/image-links/

Let me know if you have any questions while going through those steps.
