Google Calendar not displaying on ipads

My Calendar page displays perfectly on a pc. On the ipad (and maybe all mobile devices I’m not sure) it displays the calendar, but there are no entries/events. Is this a bug or am I doing something incorrectly? Please let me know.
    Thanks!

I checked this on my ipad and the calendar items are displaying as expected on the ipad. Is it still not working for you?

Actually it seems to work on my ipad but still not working on the ipad of the person who raised the issue to me. Do you think it is something with their ipad alone? What could cause that?

It’s hard to say for sure, but that could be. Do you know which version of the ipad the person in question has? What version of the OS are they running? Are they trying to view the site in the app or one of the mobile browsers? Which one?

All of those factors could be in play. If you can find out the exact setup of the person having trouble, we can troubleshoot from there.

I’m sorry for the delay. She took a bit to get back to me. The only thing she could tell me is that she had an ipad mini. She was still having the problem. Can you let me know if there is anything I can do to fix it for her?

I had a colleague check this on an ipad mini, and i checked on an iPad2 and we were both able to see the calendar fine using the Safari web browser.

My sense is it’s a problem unique to this particular user. That makes it hard to figure out without access to her specific iPad.

If she sends you more info, feel free to send it on, and I’ll check again based on what she says.

Okay thank you. If you can think of anyting else – like settings she needs to be aware of – that would be great. Otherwise, looks like there is not much else we can do.

I can’t think of a settings issue that would cause that problem, but if she has a techie friend she could have look at her ipad, that might help. She could also take it to the Apple Store and see what they say. Other than that, I’m afraid my hands are tied.
