Google Calendar not working because of iframe?
-
You point us to this page to embed calendars:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-calendar/#inserting-a-calendar-into-a-text-widgetBut when I put it in the widget, in IE I get the message “iframe not allowed”, and in Firefox it’s a big blank. Here’s the original embed:
<iframe src=”http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=admin%40magnoliamanorpark.org&ctz=America/Los_Angeles” style=”border: 0″ width=”800″ height=”600″ frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe>Here’s the code after your system alters it in the widget:
[googleapps domain="www" dir="calendar/embed" query="src=admin%40magnoliamanorpark.org&ctz=America/Los_Angeles" width="200" height="200" /]Help?

OK, turns out it was a Google problem. Just making the calendar “public” and selecting the first set of embed code one came across was not enough. One needed to select the “Customize the color, size, and other options” from the Details screen, which provided a more detailed “iframe” that would allow passing by the Google logon screen.
