Google cannot find two pages: 404 Errors
-
Have two pages on my site http://market-timing-blog.sunandstorminvesting.com/
google cannot find and reports 404 errors. What do I do?
Here they are from the Google Webmaster Tools:
12011/07/page/3/
404
9/14/12
2
2011/01/page/3/
404
8/30/12
The addresses of the pages are above.
Thanks very much for your help.

Noticed that it said there were “blocked URLs” as noted in copied text below from my webmaster page.
I am guessing that this is because the sitemap disallows access to certain sitemap.xml files and this is not a problem?

Those pages definitely don’t exist.
For example, http://market-timing-blog.sunandstorminvesting.com/2011/07/page/3/
That particular month archive only goes to http://market-timing-blog.sunandstorminvesting.com/2011/07/page/2/ and there are no links to a page 3, so I think Google is just making wrong assumptions there.
As for the blocked URLs, they’re listed in http://market-timing-blog.sunandstorminvesting.com/robots.txt and they are all URLs that you don’t want associated with your blog in Google, like the log in page, etc.

Hi Mac,
So ignore it is the answer. Google is fallible? ; )
The others are “no follow” pages essentially using what I saw in the sitemap instructions from WordPress as “disallow” commands.
Thanks for that help!
