Google Cardboard 360 Viewer via WordPress

    IOS 13 has removed the toggle for ‘motion and orientation’ claiming that each VR app now requests access. When viewing 360 images with a google cardboard icon, the phone gyroscope does not engage, meaning the image does not move with phone movement. Does anyone know of an app that works now or a code solution to viewing 360 images via wordpress on an IOS device?

    Hi there,

    This is unfortunately not something you can change from your site’s side – no matter how things are set up on your site, the app in this case is iOS Safari, and no website can override a setting controlled by the browser itself.

    Based on an article that was published last year about this change coming to Safari on iOS, it should be possible to change a setting in Safari itself to give that app access to the gyroscope:
