Google displays personal information from WordPress.

I have not used my WordPress site in years, however, I noticed when typing my name in a Google search that an old resume of mine with my cell number is visible in a Google search.
This has become an issue as students have started spamming messages to me. I deleted the site that had the resume, however, the file is still visible on Google. PLEASE! I want this removed!

Hi gkryzano,
I’m sorry this is happening. If you have removed the content from WordPress.com, then you should contact Google about removing your information from their search results.

Deleting blogs and/or blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en

It takes time for an item to be cleared from the Google search results. You can request from Google to have a particular search result be removed.
