Hi there, @josephurban! 👋🏼
Why can I no longer cut and copy my Google Doc directly to my blog? Why must WordPress continue to make this harder and harder to use
I tested this by creating a demo Google Docs document and a demo post.
Then I copied and pasted the Google Docs document content into a post.
I also embedded the same document into that post just for testing; both methods worked without any issues.
Here’s a post:

💡 As for copying the content — did you know you can publish your blog posts directly from Google Docs?
Here’s how:
The WordPress.com for Google Docs add-on lets you write, edit, and collaborate in Google Docs, then save it as a blog post on any WordPress.com or Jetpack-connected WordPress site. Your images and most formatting will carry over too. No more copy-and-paste headaches!
