Google does not recognize WordPress payment for email

    Dear Sir,

    I have bought an email relative to my domain through WordPress. It worked perfectly for one month, however now Google says my free trial has expired and when trying to pay it redirects me to WordPress billing page, which says that it is been fully paid until Jan 2017.

    Please let me know how to proceed as I have been without access to email for the past month.
