Google Email Account

I registered for a domain name and Google email address in December. In billing, it said it was good for one year and will be renewed in November 2016. When I try to set up my GoogleApps account and sign in to the email account, I get this message: ‘ Pardon the Interruption. Your trial has ended. Please select a plan and set up billing to continue using Google Apps. Please visit the Billing page and set up billing.’
Please let me know what I need to do this get this resolved. Thanks, Amanda Hilderbran
