Hey there,
It sounds like you are having trouble accessing your email after a domain transfer. You can reconnect your email service by adding the required DNS records to your domain.
We have a great tool for adding these records manually, visit Upgrades > Domains > [your domain] > DNS records > Manage. From the DNS manage page under Email setup select Google Workspace and enter your Google Workspace TXT record. We also have a great help document on this process here:
