I changed my blog settings from private to public, but my friends still can’t find it using a search engine. I followed instructions on https://www.google.com/webmasters/verification/verification and
Step 3 gave error msg, “Not found, even though it appeared to be at my site.
Step 4 gave error msg, “We weren’t able to verify your site: http://harhtsrecipes.wordpress.com/”
Please help. Thanks.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It can take several weeks for a new blog or a blog that has been witched from Private to Public to be indexed by search engines – and that is if you add new content (Posts) to the blog – send your friends a direct link to your site and tell them to skip the search engines
