  I want add google fonts to my WordPress because my language or Khmer font doesn’t support well on some OS mobile.

  Google fonts are currently not supported on WordPress.com. If you are interested in using a custom font for readability, please try the Custom Design Upgrade(Part of Premium upgrade). You can learn more about custom Fonts supported at WordPress.com from here
