  is there any way to use google fonts in wordpress.com?

  the css always delete the code Im adding: @import url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/earlyaccess/opensanshebrew.css);

  No, we cannot add fonts using the @import CSS. We can only select from the fonts listed at Customize > Fonts.
