Google fusion map does not load

  I have no problems loading a Google map, but when loading a Google ‘Fusion’ map, it does not load.

  Here is a link to my Fusion map:

  This is the embedded link I have been using:

  The thread below hints at using ‘Weaver’ template to fix the above, but for me, this does not work.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated, I know lots of people are interested in the answer.
