  Hi there @rewalh I don’t see any website connected to the account you are using to post here in our forums. What’s the address of the site you are working on?

  Although the tips mentioned in the guide that @mrsnlchauhan linked to are good advice regardless of where your site is hosted, these forums assist users on the WPcom hosted platform.

  If you need help with a site using the open source WP software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
