Google – Indexing

Hi,
I started this blog in October 2021 but the search engines (Google) is still not showing it in search results. I allowed search engines to index the site in Settings, but apparently with no success.
Could you please advise how to change this?Thank you,

Please make sure that your site is set to public, so search engines can index it, and that you update your blog frequently.

Ok then.
Please go into your wordpress.com settings.
Please let me know if you see an option called allow search engines to index your site.
It should be under privacy.

It’s under settings/reading/site visibility – I already clicked to let search engines index the site. Still nothing..

Many thanks for reaching out.
I’ve taken a look at the site and I can’t see anything that would stop this site from being indexed and crawled.
Generally speaking we’re at the behest of search engines as to when they will crawl new sites. On average this can take up to 4-8 weeks – but there’s no real guarantees as to when this will happen.
I would recommend pushing traffic to the site ( https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-more-views-and-traffic/ ) as this will help search engines to index the site.
