Google Is Indexing My Static Pages

  Hi,

  I’m having a slight problem. If you do a quick Google search for “The Virtual Truck Stop” it will display my static pages, such as my About and Links pages, but not my home page. Why is this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are very new and don’t have very many posts, and it’s likely that any incoming or internal links are to the static pages at the moment. If you blog more then inevitably Google will get to be more accurate about your blog over time.

  TTT: Things take time! :)

  My 11 blogs got instant indexing but my 12th one http://qutubminar.wordpress.com made some days ago is still waiting for Google!

  I understand that. I was actually surprised I was indexed so soon. It just puzzled me that my static pages had been indexed before my home page. Anyway, raincoaster has enlightened me. Thanks!
