  Hello,
  I would like to use the “Google Language Translator” for my blog, but I can’t find a menue-point (within the dashboard) to deal with Plugins. How can I arrange it? Looking for your replay,

  Hey there –

  Bloggers can not install plugins (such as Google translation) on a self-hosted WordPress.COM site
