Google like button?

  I’m sorry if there’s an obvious answer to this question, but I just spent the last hour scouring the support site and forums and can’t find any information.

  I want to add a google+ like button to my posts. Is there a way to do this on a free wordpress blog? If not, is there an upgrade that allows this?
