  I need to change the email login for this website. I just signed up yesterday and would have to cancel the payment if I do not have access to my site. Thank you.

  As you have a a paid plan you can very easily restore access to that account by using the Transaction ID. You find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
