Google manual penalty

    I have received a google manual penalty on one of my websites. I have many, many links from a wordpress blog which appears to have been abandoned. Not sure how they got their in the first place but how do I get the links removed?
    patriciababbitt.wordpress.com is the wordpress site and I am NOT and never have been the owner.
