Google Maps All in One Plugin

    based on recent research which suggested i post here, I am requesting to add the “google maps all in one” plugin (or something similar) to wordpress.com. I found the plugin at wordpress.org which I now realize is a different platform. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-google-maps/installation/
    I would like a mapping plugin similar to this to use on my blog. I think maps are an important tool for displaying information, especially since we are doing a travel blog. i think its important to be able to modify the maps as you go, to show route information and details, and not just screen shots. If there is something out there i can use with basic wordpress.com blog, please let me know. My apologies for bringing up old topics or not being more clear, I am new here. Thanks!

    Thanks for your suggestion. At this time we can only use this version of Google maps http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-maps/

    I heard of a plug in like this called the nomad travel map. How can I install this onto my blog? I am also doing a travel blog and am also very new at this so an idiots guide to this would be greatly appreciated!!
