Google Mobility Test (GMT) – mapping issues
-
My client, granbybobcat.ca has purchased mapping to point to granbybobcat.wordpress.com.
I have tested both urls in Google Mobility Test site with the following results:
granbybobcat.ca FAILS – granbybobcat.wordpress.com PASSES
How do I go about fixing this to ensure that Google tests the mapped site when crawling granbybobcat.ca?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

First, just to clarify, are you talking about the mobile-friendly test here?
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly
Second, I believe the issue is that the domain granbybobcat.ca is not mapped correctly. Can you try following the instructions here to map the site?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
You will need to change the name servers to point to WordPress.com.

Hi Jeremey, thanks for your reply.
Yes, I was referring to the mobile-friendly test which you linked to.
I will follow your mapping instructions and ensure that the name servers are pointing to wordpress.com.
Thanks kindly,

Hi Jeremey, yes, I just check it too. But this is what is said just above the image of how it is viewed by Google. Is it because the dns hasn’t finalized pointing to wordpress.com?:

This should clear itself up within the next week as Google begins to crawl the mapped domain. The settings are set correctly (as you mentioned). You may want to setup Google’s Webmaster tools as well:

Hi Jeremey – Sorry to bother you again, but I tested the granbybobcat.ca site again today and, although it passes the mobility test, I still get this warning:
Awesome! This page is mobile-friendly.

Hi Jodi,
I’m not 100% sure what this resource is that’s blocking Google in this case. It looks like a remote login resource. However, it doesn’t appear to be doing any harm as the site is still appearing in Google searches:

Have you connected Webmaster Tools yet? Can you give that a try and then run the following?
