Google only Displaying Home Page for Searches Dealing with Blog New Posts

Whenever I Google Search Key Words relating to posts I have writing within the last few weeks, the only result from my site that appears is the Home Page with the description being the title of the post from the home page.
This is terrible for targeted traffic and I need to know how to fix this.

If you want and example of what I’m talking about, Google Search this phrase: The Legend of Korra Book 2 Speculation: Flashbacks
You’ll notice that the first result is the Home Page of my blog rather than the actual blog post, which will not be displayed unless the URL (http://avatarthelegendofkorra.wordpress.com/2012/08/08/the-legend-of-korra-book-2-speculation-flashbacks/) is searched in Google.
Help would really be appreciated, thank you!

Please do not make duplicate posts: it confuses who and what questions are in need of answers. This is a peer to peer mostly volunteer forum and multiple posts and bumping only wastes your time and ours.
