  I have changed my page domain, although the old one redirects – new is: http://destination-panama-blog.com

  I have lost my google ranking. Is there a way to improve it again quickly? or do I start from scratch.

  Any tips on the best places to submit my blog? should posts be submitted individually? if short on time, where are the top 3 places?

  Definitely do a forum search. There are hundreds and perhaps thousands of tips already here. Or better yet, search using Google and search “increase hits site:en.forums.wordpress.com” or whatever you like instead of “increase hits” as long as you use the last part. The Google search is more accurate in the forums than the official WP.com forum search is.

  Still my Google ranking is not back since I changed to my own Domain. Anyone have any ideas how long it will take? or if I have done something wrong….

  Did you search the forums? Your Google page rank will take time to get back. Rain has said that she got hers back in a few months. I know mine took almost a year, mainly because I didn’t even bother doing anything to get it back.

  In less than a year, I started with a pagerank of 6. It then for some unknown reason dropped to a 4. Then down to a 2. Now I’m back up to 3. I didn’t change anything. But it takes time to get it back.

  thanks, yes I searched but there does not seem to be a magic potion, which I was really hoping for:) Just keep posting and creating links wherever I can….
