Google page speed

    Hello,
    I test my site in google page speed thinkwithgoogle.com and the results is my site mobile speed is very poor and desktop site is fair.
    The reason for mobile speed Need to fix : (Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content)

    For Desktop also same issue :
    (Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content)

    Please Help
    How can I fix them???
