Most of the images that appear in Google image search are under someone’s copyright, and unless the copyright holder grants express written permission for their use, using any of those images is a copyright infringement.

As they are your photos you can upload them into your blog.
Have you exhausted your free media storage space?
Check here http://sogalitno.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php
If the answer is yes go to Adding Storage Space
https://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/If the answer is no, then have you tried dragging an image straight from your desktop or computer’s image folder and drop it directly into your post’s editor?
If you prefer you can click on the Add Media button from the toolbar of your editor to upload an image to your post.

i will read the other links you provided thank you
i am very frustrated with this.. i also have images on flickr and cant insert them into a post with out a lot of scrapping to get the jpg filename.it would seem there would be an easy way to LINK ACCOUNTS between WORDPRESS and FLICKR and GOOGLEPHOTOS but i guess the companies do not want to work with each other what a PITA.

I know there are plugins listed in the plugin search but i dont see any way to install them.
If you are reading anything that makes you think that we bloggers can install plugins, custom themes or third party themes on sites hosted by wordpress.COM, then you are mistaken/misinformed. We have never had that ability. You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.
Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality. Permalink structure cannot be changed on sites hosted by wordpress.com
For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.

Hi there,
You can insert a photo here from any service provided that service provides a sharing link for the photo and the privacy settings on that service allows the photo to be accessed by someone else but you. If it’s difficult to get the share link on those services you need to take it up with them as we can’t control what other websites do.
To insert a photo from Google Photos you need to click on the photo, click the share icon top-right of the screen, and select the Get Link option.
Then edit your post, click the Add Media button, select Insert from URL, and add that link.
However, if your privacy settings in Google doesn’t allow other people to see that image it’s not possible to embed it here. We can’t override the privacy settings on other services.

kokkieh thanks for your reply
have you tried that for Google Photos? the SHARE link DOES NOT work. That is why i opened the ticket in the first place. WordPress doesnt accept the url . same with FLICKR the url that FLICKR provides as a link also is NOT accepted by WordPress.i can parse a url from the flickr link but its a royal PITA.
there is no way i can see to get a url from a google photo that would work to insert the image link into my post.yes of course i will be contacting each of them, however i can not believe that NO ONE who uses WordPress.com blogs has NOT had this problem.
i just find it amazing that WordPress does not have a solution for the two most popular online photo repositories .

I stand corrected.
It appears there is no way to embed Google photos on WordPress.com at present, as Google no longer provides a URL that our system can recognise as an image.
I also tested embedding an image from Flickr, and it worked for me exactly as in the instructions at the link @timethief gave you above. I pasted the sharing link from Flickr on a new line in the visual editor, and in the published post it shows the image.
If that’s not working for you, make sure the image is not set to private, and also make sure that when you paste the link in your post it’s not hyperlinked, as that will prevent it from embedding.
-
i will try the embedding image from Flickr.
i thought i tried it and it didnt work, but i was pretty frustrated.thanks for your patience. i get so annoyed when companies dont work with each other. or enable USERS who pay (yes i pay for google space and Flickr) dont have access to something that we KNOW could be programmed to work.
sigh
