  I would like to install a Google+ plugin on my WordPress site but I am having trouble with the directions to do this. Are you able to give me a link or a full set of instructions for this?

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  However, you can add a Google+ button to your posts via Settings -> Sharing in your blog’s Dashboard.
