Hello. How I may add direct link to my home page? I want to connect my web site with my google plus. On Google+ page they show me this:

If you add the web http://booksequalslife.wordpress.com/ short line of code to your Google+ page for relevant queries can see on the right side of Google search results. This allows users to your website in search Google+ easier to find. More information
Ask the webmaster of your website to the home page of your site added the following line of code:

But I don’t know where is the option put this link to my homepage.

You can connect your blog to Google plus by going to:
http://booksequalslife.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sharing
and then connecting Google+ on that screen. Your posts will then be shared to Google+ when you publish them.
You can also add a Google+ sharing button on that same page, just below.

Per Google, at this time, the Publicize option with Google+ is limited to (individual) profile pages, not business/organization pages. Making this feature available for business pages is on the roadmap.
