  Is there a Google plus widget? If so, how can I add it to my blog?

  No there isn’t but there is a sharing icon you can enable on the bottom of your posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

  In addition you can capture images of any social networking icons, link them to your profile pages on the appropriate sites and display theme in a text widget in your sidebar.
