  Is there a plugin or a way to send people an email after they have completed a service with a Google Review link and when they click on that link and go to give a less than 5 star review, that they are directed to a different page and not posting it on Google review as a less than 5 star rating?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
