Hi there,
It seems that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but a self-hosted site using the open source WordPress software.
Name Servers
NS63.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
NS64.DOMAINCONTROL.COMFor site verification via HTML file, you may login to your Google account and see if you can download the file again. Or you may choose another verification method. Example for Google Search site verification: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35179
For self-hosted WordPress questions, you’re recommended to post them at the WordPress.org forum and seek help from the experts and volunteer members there. You may need to register an account if you don’t already have one.

Please be informed that the staff and members of this forum could only help you out with support topics related to WordPress.com sites but not self-hosted WordPress sites as they’re separate entities and independent from each other.
