  Hey guys,

  I am new to blogging, just wanted to understand how to get google search to throw up my blog page or address

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Be patient. Your blog has only been active for one day and you have only one post. It can be weeks before your blog starts showing up in search results. Focus on creating regular, original content and you’ll get there. Verifying your blog through Google Webmaster Tools can also help speed up the process.   I just went to a WordCamp yesterday. They said it depends on the key words you use not only on your content but in everything else including visual media meaning pictures and video.

  You can have the best SEO in the world, but a day-old blog with only one post will not show up in any search engine. Yes, keywords help, as does good backlinks and a bunch of other factors, but original, regular content is the single biggest determining factor. And even if everything is in place it can take 4-6 weeks for a new site to start showing up in search results.
