Google search results showing old website page after having updated the website
-
Recently I updated the website http://honorprocessing.com, however, when one googles ‘Honor processing’ the first thing that comes up is a link that goes to the old website design. Under the same web address and WordPress account I have updated and redesigned this website. When one inputs http://honorprocessing.com into the address bar, the correct website comes up. What can I do to solve this?

actually Your website is hosted not on WordPress.com but on GoDaddy, so I recommend looking for solutions on https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
Actually Your problem is about Google Cache. Google bots will crawl your website and update cache automatically after some time, but if you don’t want to wait, some solutions mentioned here:

Hey Nickie,
This is more of an SEO question than a WordPress question, but I’ll do my best to answer you on it. When I typed in Honor Processing as you mentioned I noticed the first result goes to your page called Honor. I also checked out your sitemap and saw that the page was on there, despite it not being in your navigation. Is this the “old design” you are talking about?
If so, I would suggest removing it from your sitemap and replacing it with your about page (as I noticed it was not on there), then resubmitting the sitemap via Google Search Console.
The other thing you could do (if you are not using the honor page anymore), is to get rid of it and set up a 301 redirect to go to your home page. You can find out more about 301s at the link below.

There are other things that you can do as well that go even deeper in the technical side of things. However, as I said this isn’t so much a WordPress question as it is an SEO one.
The other thing is that you are using the Open Source version of WordPress (WordPress.org), whereas this specific forum is for the WordPress.com users.
You can try posting to their forums to see if you might be able to get a little more specialized assistance there. The link is below.

John,
Thank you so much! The 301 redirect did the trick! You saved me so much time and hassle! -
