  I’ve read on other blogs that the authors can tell what search terms brought people to their blogs. (ie: “pink rain coat” or some other such thing). How do they find this out?

  It’s on your stats page, under Search Engine Terms. None will show up until you’ve been indexed by the search engines, which can take up to six weeks.
