Hi,
Can I place the Google Translate plugin in my blog? to allow translation of my posts in other languages?
As I have read om google translate I need to copy/paste a kind of code onto every page you want to translate, but I don’t know how to do this.Thanks in advance.

Using conradcook’s suggestion, I put up a translate link at: https://benjohnstoncomposer.wordpress.com/
Seems to be working fine.
I see that timethief’s method creates a separate translation page that allows one to choose the language to which to translate, which seems cool. But I also like the auto-detect function and the impression of keeping everything on the original page instead of bouncing to a new page via the menu, which is why I followed conradcook’s lead and put the translate link within the post. This means that I have to repeat the process for every new post, as I currently understand it, but that’s fine.
