Google Translator/ Trouble

  How can I can Google translator to my page on the Widget and on the bottom right f the header as well? I have spent a tremendous amount of time trying everything I could and still no success.

  The Google widget requires Javascript and Javascript is not allowed due to security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  I have located a translation widget I use on my blog. I also have translation page for visitors created by use of a work around provided by ismailimail.
