  Create a new post. It doesn’t need to be a page, and it doesn’t need to be hidden. For the post’s title, use the code they give you. The post doesn’t have to say anything else. The title is sufficient. It looks silly and it’ll confuse your readers. But if, while in edit mode, you set the publication date to a few months ago, no one will notice it. Google will always see it, however, so you’ll be fine.
