Google verification

  I have a wordpress.com site and need to verify my site. I go to Google and it asks me to download a verification code. I do this but I’ve no way to upload this into my WP site.

  Any clues on how to proceed gratefully received.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
