Hi,
Are you verifying for Google Webmaster Tools or for Google Apps?
For Google Webmaster Tools, we use the HTML meta tag option, which can be added to your site at https://jbmediacollective.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php
For Google Apps, please use only the yAXz4nUX3Xusv0ePY5ZrX1np2jyRf2ho9xogUX4XgTo and click the Generate DNS Records at https://jbmediacollective.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains&action=dnsedit&domain=cbindependent.com .
Since you’re using a different mail service currently, please be aware that changing the MX records will change what server will receive your incoming e-mail.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything else.
