Hi. If you are asking about Google Webmaster Tools, here’s how to verify your site:

Thanks airodyssey, I am just curious as to what it means by putting the code in it’s right place. Not sure what place that is. Can you help me? Thanks!

If you are asking about this…
Open the Tools Page and paste the code in the appropriate field.
In Tools > Webmaster Tools Verification, there is a clearly marked Google Webmaster Tools box :-) Just copy and paste the code there.

Under Tools> I only have two options. 1 – Import and 2 – Export.
I downloaded the Google Site Verification Plugin by Google and it worked immediately.

@rkeithchampion: Did you know that there are two kinds of WordPress?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/If you only have “Import” and “Export”, and if you are using plugins, it means you are using the self-hosted version. However, you just posted in a forum for blogs hosted by WordPress.COM, where we can’t use plugins, but where we have specific instructions to validate Google Webmaster Tools.
For future reference, the WordPress.org forum is this way: http://wordpress.org/support/
