Google Webmaster Verification with New Domain Name

  I recently purchased a domain name but continue to host my blog through WordPress.

  I’d like verify the link on my Google Plus page so that it recognizes that I am indeed posting content from my own blog. I had previously used the Google Webmaster verification via WordPress when I did not have my own domain name, but now all the codes are different and I’m not sure what to do.

  How can I fix this?

  My blog address was previously http://4districtstyle.wordpress.com and the site is now http://www.districtstyle.net.

  Any help would be much appreciated!

  Hi, you can use Google’s Change of Address tool (https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/83106) to let webmaster Tools know of your new domain name.
