Google widger or Gadget?

In Blogger it was easy to add a location badge, but for the life of me I can’t find where to add Latitude in WordPress. I have a free account so is that whats limiting me or can anyone help.
I did see a post where part of the instruction involved up loading to the server and can’t even find out if I can do that.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
The code you have for any Google widget of gadget will not be supported by wordpress.com software. This is because we are all working on a multiuser blogging platform. As our blogs are not free standing but all share the same underlying same skeletal architecture, the risk factor with regard to security issues is a serious one.
If you can locate Flash codes for the widgets the we may be able to provide gigya shortcode workarounds. If not then you will not be able to use the codes that you have now on your wordpress.com blog.

BTW it’s also exteremly helpful and in most cases necessary to have the URL for the blog in question when you post to the forum. That way we can be sure we are providing theapprpriate answers in accord with the sofware your blog is running on.
I believe this is the blog in question > http://handoff.wordpress.com/
If so then please consider linking it to your username. It’s very easy to do. Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog starting and then save changes.
Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located. :)

Thanks, but what a shame. I’m a courier that takes jobs from several companies. If you check out my WP site I did copy the badge into a text widget. Not as good but I don’t think it uses your server at all.

Have you see this? You can easily embed Google Maps into your WordPress.com blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-maps/

Actually I have, but not here. Can’t use it because id doesn’t accommodate for dynamic locations.
It looks like I need all three Google maps API keys and a lot of work that I will add to my linked site.
Sorry for the last post, I thought it would show when I posted the thread.
