I have lost the ability to work on my website and can’t access it at all. Google (and safari) say that the site is insecure. How to I access it to make it secure if I can’t get to my login page? Pleas help!

We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
All the “not secure” message in the browser means is that you don’t have a SSL certificate (which makes your site load under
https://) and shouldn’t affect your ability to log into or use your website.Trying to load your site it looks like it’s redirecting from
httptohttps– if you changed your URL in Settings -> General without also configuring a SSL certificate you would definitely not be able to load your website.Contact your hosting provider and have them help you undo that change and help you set up a proper SSL certificate. Since they’re hosting your site, they also have access to your site’s database and files and can help you fix this.
