  I’d like to transfer my Google Workspace subscription to Google. How can I get the licenses moved over to Google before the subscription renewal date? I know I won’t get a refund from WordPress, but I’d like to be able to use it on Google’s site before the renewal date (in 2024).

  By canceling your entire Google Workspace subscription on WordPress.com (i.e., all licenses), your Google Workspace account will be transferred to Google automatically. You will receive an email from Google with instructions on how to set up billing at their end.

  Cancelling should push it right back over to Google. Then they’ll drop you an email with instructions to continue directly through them.

  Does that happen immediately or does it wait until the renewal date to send that?

  It happens immediately, usually within a few hours of your cancellation on this end.
